'despite there being no way i was pregnant' ...., obviously there was way if you're pregnant, OP
This needs a follow so I can properly understand this.
You may have bladder cancer.
I'm guessing that she has experienced bleeding since the last time she had sex, hence her saying there was no way she was pregnant. Whether the bleeding was spotting, unrelated, a miscarriage, or something else idk.
If there was truely no way then she should be freaking out rather than accepting the test as true because then something bad happened.
to be fair I've had it where I've been on contraceptiona and thought there was no way I'd be pregnant....I now have a depo baby a pill baby abd a coil baby!
Follow up and explain please
Oh, there's "no way" is there? Who d'you think you are, The Virgin Mary??
I'd say the heartburn thing was just a dramatisation / cover for some other sign(s) your mother recognised. But I'd recommend you go see a doctor to make sure anyway OP.
An ultrasound and blood test both can prove if you are really pregnant or not. If you thought you weren't because you had a period, that doesn't always mean you're not pregnant. I figured that out with my now six month old preemie. Had no idea I was pregnant the first month and found out nearly a year ago.
