Today, some friends and I were pulled over on our way back from a party. We'd had a few drinks, so we tried to play it cool just in case we were over the limit. The cop didn't seem to want to breathalyze us, until my really high friend in the backseat said, "These are not the droids you are looking for." FML

What you do, OP, is bind your high pal's hands and feet together, stuff a sock in his mouth and then put duct tape over his lips, before hauling him into the back seat. Then you wont get breathalyzed because the police officer will be too busy arresting you for kidnapping.

No they realise that if drunk people did these things legally, more people would do it, and more people would die. Which means less stupid people. :) good idea.
