You are awesome. You are better off that he didn’t understand what you were saying. A Harry Potter fan should be with someone who understands your passion. Back in High School during Geometry class I raised my hand to ask my teacher how many questions were on an upcoming test. I ended up asking in a very loud, very high, obnoxious Dudley voice "HOW MANY ARE THERE?!"

It sucks that your crush didn't kiss you, but he doesn't know what he's missing out on. my boyfriend never really read the books, but has seen the movies, and I LOVE HARRY POTTER, he asked me to answer his questions bout quidditch; I did & his reaction was " It's so sexy that you know that" - clearly your crush is a dumb as doorknob! sounds harsh but - you'll find someone just as hot with a love for those witches and wizards Luna! don't you fret :)

To be honest, I would of genuinely been confused as well. Never seeing reading or seeing the Harry Potter series, I wouldn't of gotten the reference. Though, it is a bit rude that he just walked away without saying anything.
