Snek

By afraidtosleep - 13/10/2012 06:35 - United States - Houston

Today, as I was rushing to get out for work, I opened my door just in time to witness a large snake slither into my home. I had no choice but to lock it inside and go to work. I've now spent several hours searching for it with my friends, and we can't find it. I'm scared to go to sleep. FML

Check your bedroom thoroughly, if he's not there shut the door put a blanket across the bottom, cover the vents with something that won't catch fire. You are welcome. (;

To do list: - Invent time machine - Go back in time - Find Steve Irwin - Bring him to the future - Deal with snake - Warn Steve about stingrays.

You live in texas. What kind of snakes do you have there? What did it look like. I wouldn't be so worried if it was a garden snake vs a rattle snake which is common in TX.

All I have to say is WTF where did the snake come from?

Try the snake trap idea. If this fails, become a Parseltongue.

It's cuddle season, even snakes deserve to cuddle.

And the next time you're late to work, Original Poster, you can let your boss(es) know that you realized a snake slithered into your home, did not search for it, just so you could be on time for work. They should give you Employee of the Month or something.

I'm hoping you learned to get yourself ready on time and not have to rush. The unexpected always happens.

If you plan on finding the snake yourself, I recommend checking underneath sinks, behind your fridge, and your vents, if possible. That's where my friend's snake always seemed to end up, anyways. Though, you really should just call Animal Control, in the case that it's venomous. Good luck!
