Today, after 7 hours on my feet at work, my boyfriend picked me up. Relieved, I took off my shoes. Suddenly, he looked up and sniffed, asking, "Is that your feet?" I'd forgotten to put on socks in my rush to work. He made me put my shoes back on and sit in the back, windows open. FML

there is actually a special foot deoderant my Mum uses it in the summer. Your bf thinks it's bad for a trip home, try crossing france with both your parents taking their shoes off in turn depending on who's driving.... it takes 2 days to drive from france to italy. By the time we got there I wished I had no sense of smell like my brother.

I agree 100% with #18 I don't really have a problem with him making you put your shoes back on (I probably would have done the same) but making you sit in the backseat? Douchebag alert!!

ah this reminds me of when i used to work at McDonalds... u get rly cheap shoes, so they smell like 10 times worse then regular, and when i did my 7-8 hour shifts, especially when it rushes, I would sometmes not get my break and it felt like I was on my feet for a good 10-12 hours instead. So I totally understand where the OP was coming from... although i would never take off my shoes in a car... especially if I wore no socks! sooo YDI

Depending on how bad your feet smelled, either you deserved it or he was being a douche. A bad enough odor could actually impair one's driving ability.

Your boyfriend is a dipwad. But more amusing is #23.."how would you feel if he got in your closet and messed with yor shoes"? 23 - I got a feeling you missed the point. This guy is never gonna get caught rolling over her shoe in a closet. Or anywhere else? Bet he doeesn't go-down either.
