If your German Shepard ate my dog it would be really difficult for me to to kill it or you. It's your own fault your dog is that aggressive toward other dogs.

This sucks, but I really hope you can get into an agreement with the other owner. As in, you payed for the dog, and that's all. A friend of mine had an Akita, the dog bit a chihuahua and, long story short the small dog died, but they put the Akita to sleep because "he was aggresive", I met the dog, he would never do any harm to humans, but dogs can be territorial o whatever with other dogs.

OP, you're lucky all you had to do was pay money! If your dog had eaten my cat you and your dog would have been turned to meat cubes by now. YDI for not training/holding onto your dog properly!

You realize that there is no difference genetically between a mixed-breed and a purebred dog... Also these dogs are expensive because people put time and energy into maintaining and perfecting the breed they choose to handle. Mutts come from backyard breeders, people who think it's a quick way to make a buck, or idiots who think they can scam people with "designer breeds" like those 'doodles'

#192 If you look at purebred dogs from 100 years ago you'll realize that its breeders who are ruining dogs. Do you think a two pound micro pomeranian is " perfected " when it can't even jump off a couch without potentially breaking its legs? Or pugs that are so inbred that they cant breath out of their own nose? People put time and energy into breeding for one reason only and thats money.

Not every breeder is ruining dogs. If you ever had the chance to meet a breeder that bred for performance you would also see how much they hate breeders that only want the "perfect" dog. AKC is a joke and the majority of performance dog owners can't stand them and breed to produce dogs with athletic ability to do its actual job.

Omg that poor little puppy. I have a Yorkshire terrier and a mix breed german shepherd cross lab cross husky. My big dog nips at the little one to entice play to which she snaps at him and he backs off. This needs a follow up i want to know the circumstances of this fml. There are a multitude of things that could have happened here. And it's not the breed guys any dog can be aggressive it's how you train them. My boys amazing with dogs of all sizes but if he sees a cat and it runs then he's off, his next lesson will be proper kitty etiquette and that cats are friends not food.

Holy shit! That is the coolest thing I have ever heard! but perry a German Shepherd before I was born, and he used to follow them everywhere.
