Get informed people! OP, I really hope you'll take some of these idiotic comments with a grain of salt. Speak with your doctor or health nurse. Seek a breastfeeding clinic. Unless u r ready to be done breastfeeding there are many methods to stop a biting baby. The method my doctorS gave me was to pull babies head into your breast, the babies instinct is to open his/her mouth. Dont with hold dont scold and most importantly DO NOT RIP baby AWAY!

Haha been there done that ! She got her first tooth at 3months and I breast fed until she was 12 months. Worst pain ever
