I guess people assume Americans are fat like they assume Canada is a barren winter wonderland where the inhabitants live in igloos, ride moose and polar bears, and are governed by Tim Hortons. :P

don't be too harsh guys. at least he's honest and nice about it. when I first moved from St.Petersburg to US, many people told I was too direct to people. they say I needed to 'soften my words'. so I think this is more culture difference, not an fml.
