Sure, it's always the woman's fault

Today, I got to listen to my boss lecture me about professional dress and subtly insinuate that my being on the heavier side top-wise with all the men in the office could be a problem. I've worn turtle necks for the whole two months I've been working there. FML

well if your wearing turtle necks everyday then you are doing what you're suppose to being, and if your boss can't help but to bring it up. Then I would go the next manager higher up and tell them that you want file a report, because that is not right what he is saying to you, you're doing all you can and if they can't handle you In a turtle neck then make a report of it. GOOD LUCK OP please do a follow up so we know what the outcome is.

The best time to wear a striped sweater is all the time.. One with a collar turtle neck that's the kind....

Sounds like someone's office needs a visit from Petey the Sexual Harassment Panda.

I sympathize OP I am large breasted as well and its hard to find anything that doesn't show them off, forget business shirts! I would complain higher up about the issue and and explain about what it is like to find things that fit and what you are wearing is appropriate. Goodluck

As someone with really large breasts, I know turtle necks are doing nothing to help you as they make your breats look even fuller, and even some slight cleavage showing would actually be better. Other than that, if you aren't actively insinuating, then it's a problem with the men in the office,

Unless by 'sweater' OP meant crop top with plunging neck line the top isn't inappropriate. Her responsibility is to wear clothing that isn't risque and covers the appropriate parts. She isn't responsible for the men in the office or helping to prevent any 'urges' they may have.

Think he's trying to avoid temptation.

Unfortunately, us wel lb-endowed women have this happen often. Don't put up with that bullshit. Go to HR.

Before anyone goes further in this thread, we should clarify one thing. You are female right?
