Sure, it's always the woman's fault

Today, I got to listen to my boss lecture me about professional dress and subtly insinuate that my being on the heavier side top-wise with all the men in the office could be a problem. I've worn turtle necks for the whole two months I've been working there. FML

Well, OP, that's what happens when you only wear turtlenecks and no pants :/

lol what kind of outcome is he expecting? For you to remove your boobs?

Sadly it's not your breasts that are big and distracting, it's the smallness of their minds, combined with a glaring lack of immaturity on their behalf that is the real issue

Are the turtlenecks possibility too tight? My boobs are pretty big too & clothes shopping can be very frustrating. Also, your boss is an ass.

The unwanted attention definitely sucks when you're just trying to do your job (and the fact that you go there to work and not to distract people may be something worth reminding your boss of), but am I the only person wondering what gender said boss is? Perhaps black turtlenecks with an oversized jacket or something would help in the meantime? Black is supposed to be a slimming colour - and this is advice that I never thought I would give :/

If you are indeed on the heavy side on top, a turtleneck will not make it nonexistent.

Maybe your boss wants you to wear a sack to hide your boobs. Oh & just saying, what the **** is up w american employers?

Maybe he is wanting you to go in the other direction.

I pity your boss that your turtlenecks are causing such a problem for him. It must be hard to live like that, a lower neckline probably has him curled up in a foetal position while sniffling and whimpering.

I know what you boss is asking for? a sexual harassment complaint.. go to HR..

It's the men's responsibility to control themselves.
