So, you're black, right?
@93 haha best comment so far... otherwise not enough to the story stop judging without knowing.
You didn't have to consent to the search, you know.
wow
wow ok this cop is dumb, if u would of took this to court for haven ur rights basicly turned sideways and jamed up ur ass by law they can pull u over for u driven to slow but it has to be posted like on the highway but he also had no right to make u take field sobriety test, breathalyzer, having your car searched and being handcuffed on the side of the road. if the most he could have u do or say is have u been drinkin or anythingbut ya thats sooo fkin dumb and how do i know this my step brother is one of the biggest lawyers in washington state and he taught me how to bullshit out of any ticket and shit . like heres one for everyone but my bad if cops read this but if u get a speedin ticket and its bad or w/e go to court fight it, by urself or a lawyer u can chose ask wat year the radar gun is and if its from the date of ur ticket, is 6 months or older it is a unreliable gun because by fed law cops in every state has to update to upgrade they're guns every 6 months if its not all charges will be droped hahaha sweet hu and i am not lien so ya but ya this cop dumbass and for everyone else that reads this hope my tip helps u but i am not encouraging u to always or spped or w/e just sayin if it happends then do that ok welll l8r
hey, 138 ? ever heard of implied consent? heres what happens: when you get your drivers liscense, and you sign it, you consent to any searches of your car or yourself. fail. fyl, though, OP. that sucks.
fyl* for not knowing the law. piss me off how people don't know there rights. don't always agree they could of set u up

Sounds like the cop doesn't know the law very well (surprise surprise). Any evidence would have been tossed...he's a moron.
@#2: What? There are plenty of reasons to be driving under the speed limit: - it's dark - bad weather - you are unfamiliar with the territory/trying to find a place you've never been - you don't know the speed limit - you're car is impaired
