Today, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. I'm extremely uncomfortable with eye contact, but he kept staring into my eyes the entire time. I had to sing the F.U.N. song from Spongebob in my head to stop myself having an anxiety attack. FML

If you can't tell Him you don't like eye contact you shouldn't be having sex with them. Sex is most fun when you are comfortable

I probably have no room to give sexual/romantic advice because my love life is a shambles and my sex life is nonexistent, but just tell him that eye contact makes you uncomfortable. Honestly, OP and everyone else, if you don't feel like you can say "I don't feel comfortable with x" to your sexual partner, you should not be having sex with them.

If you read OP's post at all, you would know it wasn't HIM specifically. Eye contact in general makes her uncomfortable. With your reasonings, she, and a lot of other people shouldn't sleep with anyone. Period.

This is the most relatable FML I have ever read. I am usually quite okay with eye contact, but I can't do it while having sex because I'm asexual. It makes me super anxious when I look into their eyes while I have sex. I communicated this, and I close my eyes so that its not so bad.
