Today, my boyfriend and I had sex for the first time. I'm extremely uncomfortable with eye contact, but he kept staring into my eyes the entire time. I had to sing the F.U.N. song from Spongebob in my head to stop myself having an anxiety attack. FML

Sorry but if you had to sing a song from sponge bob to have sex with your boyfriend, you probably arnt ready to have sex with your boyfriend. Doesnt matter how old you are, you just probably are not ready relationship wise.

But it wasn't to have sex, it was to maintain eye contact for prolonged periods of time. Which a lot of people have problems with.

I know what you mean about the eye contact thing, I'm just really shy and eye contact stresses me out. It makes me seem like a liar and also a rude bitch but idk what it is I can't look into a person's eyes without looking away
