Hes 6 years old get over it be happy he can speak in clear complete sentences, yes they are often blunt and speak the truth but you could also think of it this way how many adult arms has he seen and had the ability to speak about maybe yours are the first or one of the first hes seen with noticeable hair. Not many 6 year olds Ive seen have that much arm hair for another kid to notice. It could be the first time hes seen it you shouldn't really take him as seriously as you do, what exactly do you expect him to talk about quantum physics?
