Wow. That it just not right..and it doesn't make the mom cool. It makes her seem like she's trying to be the daughters friend more than a mom, bad parenting. Anyways, just don't have sex while your parents are home/visiting, be respectful. If you do decide to flaunt it then you deserve whatever horrible and embaressing things happen.
So, once a daughter is old enough to have made the decision to have sex, you believe that a parent is better off trying to scold them and change their point of view, than trying to keep her safe? Children do eventually grow up. Some parents cannot accept the fact that they will not permanently be the one who decides everything in their child's life, but fortunately this mother isn't one of them. She recognizes that her daughter is having sex now. That's not an aspect of a person that will be changed by a lecture. Giving her daughter a condom is the most responsible thing she could do, even if she didn't do it in the most tactful manner.
You guys are retarded. As if you can't even lay back and trust that the story is real instead of being uptight, no fun, know-it-alls -.- seriously. L2HaveFUN?
hahahha! omg that put me in an awesome mood!
No glove no love.
one of my coworkers sometimes sleeps at her boyfriend's house. he lives at home. with his parents and siblings. they're just like "CONDOMS YAY" - so it DOES happen. And I'll be the kind of mom who does the same thing - as long as you're being safe about it and your partner isn't a douchebag or anything.
i see that happen at my place. my mom is freaking awsome as well
So not an FML. Your mom is awesome
In regards to sliding it under the door....would anyone honestly have left the shower to go get it, if they couldn't even get one themselves to start with (assuming the BF didn't have one when he jumped in))? And for that matter, that would be assuming the mother would yell in to them to use it.
Good for your mom! My mom is like that, when anyone brings up underage-sex or abstinence or anything she just shouts "condom!"

I think that's a pretty kick ass mom.
So, did you keep it safe?
