If she has a phone take it away until she earns it back through chores. Otherwise take away play dates or favorite toys and let her earn them back
You don't tell this to the brat, teach her the lesson well, but any mother should know: insurance does pay for things like this.
Damn some girls go crazy for Starbucks
The phrase "whoop dat ass" comes to mind when reading this...
How old is your daughter? If she's like a teenager then I would have grounded her and made her pay for it by doing chores and stuff around the house and taken her damn phone. might be a bit over the top but if she's a teenager then she needs to know better than to throw childish fits.
Make her pay you back through extra chores or odd jobs around the neighborhood (raking leaves, cleaning out gutters, etc). If she's old enough make her get a job to pay for it
Whoop her ass. Or give her a solid scolding. Or extra chores.
shoulda bought it for her cheap ****

Assign money to chores, and have her do those extra chores till she works to pay it off herself. That's what my mom did! She taught me a very valuable lesson that way. Good luck op!
Please tell me she's like 6 and not 16
