Tinder Surprise

Today, I was helping my friend create an online dating profile. When she got her search results, her #1 match was a blonde guy only 10 miles from her. His description: genuine, laid back, and ready for fun. He left off something kind of important. He's already married. To me. FML

I was gonna say it's probably old, from when he was single, and he forgot about it.. but you'd think every once in a while he'd get an email from an interested party to remind him about it. Maybe you and your buddy are the only two chicks in the state that are into that kinda man XD

trupe your an idiot u didnt understand it admit it u werent being sarcastic..next time read it right...and did u guys consider that they were obviously dating before they got married so that profile is either extremely old or he's a cheater im leaning more for the cheater part

for the people that say it could be "old" if it's not old it's not like he would admit it lol.

Really sucks to find out that way - FYL indeed - dump the douche bag.

that really sucks. and you can't just "dump" your husband people...its a little more complicated than that. true fml.

@99 I know it's not easy to just "dump" a spouse - but It's certainly a route to investigate. Also - in the state of Missouri, she would technically be entitled to half. Yes, divorce is difficult, especially if children are involved. It just sucks to find out that your spouse is "shopping around" by finding him on a dating website.

no I agree with divorce, I was just saying that its not a high school relationship she can't just go home and dump him. theres a lot of legalities and heartbreak. I agree with getting a divorce...trust me. its just not easy, and like I said...a little more complicated.

isn't she just as guilty as the guy?!?!

I don't think it's a coincidence. Op and her best friend probably have similar values, interests, and value the same things in a mate. Sucks for Op :(
