Today, a customer threatened to come back later and shoot the whole place up. Why? I didn't give him a discount on his beer. My boss's reaction when I called the police: "Why didn't you give him the discount?!" Last week he bitched me out for letting a girl off for being a few cents short on hers. FML

Some customers just look for anything to be discounted. I have had customers say their food and drinks are amazing. When their check comes, they complain and want something taken off. I'm sorry op. It's a lose/lose situation.

I agree. I worked at a convenience store & one of the regular customers would complain about everything. She would get items that weren't on sale & complain about why she couldn't get it at the discounted price. Something was always wrong when she came in.
