Today, a fly flew into my ear canal and got stuck. It was the most horrifying two minutes of my life. FML

Vinegar or rubbing alcohol, diluted with water, will kill it and drain it free of the ear. Least it decided this wasn't a new home!

when a fly gets too close to your ear, and you cringe, it's horrid. so the fact you had one stuck in your ear must have been so awful. FYL op, thank god it was only two minutes!

Ugh, I had that happen to me when I was in grade three. While I was sleeping. The buzzing sound woke me up.

FYL OP that happened to me once and it was awful. Someone had to put water in my ear to get it out. Ugh I'll never forget that feeling.

I once woke up at 3 in the morning because I felt something happen with my ear but couldn't figure out what so I went back to sleep. During the day for several hours, I kept hearing crackling sounds and kept touching at my ear. Finally, I must have hit my ear the right way and I saw a spider fall to the ground. Try that for horrifying. Thankfully, I didn't actually know it was a spider until I saw it fall out.

A fruit fly once flew into my eye. It was tiny so I couldn't get it out so my mum had to use tweezers to scrape it out.
