If I was a midget I would dress like a leprechaun all the time and carry around a pot of fake gold just to **** With people.

Don't worry, I am a teacher and am FROM Ireland, I have the red hair and everything. Well, I'm also really short, so I am reduced to being the leprechaun every year...

OP should have went all "Leprechaun from the Hood" on that kid....

Think of it as a compliment That what I do

I am scared shitless or leprechauns and midgets.

"Top o' tha marnin' to ye, lassie! Reach into me knickers 'n' grab me pot o' gold." Did you say that? For the love of all things sacred tell me you said that. I'd say that, if I weren't so obviously not Irish.

I am really short too. I was going to dress as a leprechaun and run while carrying a box of lucky charms and yell, "they're after me lucky charms!"

If it is because of your height, 5'6 to 5'11 is "average" for men. (I kinda hate that word...) who cares how tall you are?! You are awesome no matter what size. Also, red hair is (obviously) a recessive trait, therefore, making it much less common. Which for me, makes it beautiful! (only if it's natural. Dying hair blonde/red is not always a good idea...) :P Hopefully, the little girl wasn't trying to be rude. And sometimes, if they see a trait that they always associate with one thing, everything with this trait is that thing. (example: angels have white robes. A person with a white robe = an angel. See?) ;) Hope this makes you feel better!

I'm 4'11" and I have never been called a leprechaun. 5'4" is not short, compared to me.
