Even calling the cops may not work in some areas due to their requirements on how many decibels the sound is (~80). We've tried doing this for a neighbor's dog that constantly barks all night- they couldn't do shit. Best thing is to either confront them or earplugs
Call the police and file a disturbing the peace report. Isn't there some law where house occupants have to tone down the noise after a certain time of night??
Make friends with a military person. Borrow a focused EMP:-) Boom. Silence...
Would it have been ok if the band was good?
Yes. Because then you wouldn't mind being kept up by it. Good music can become white noise, too.
The judge will just laugh you off and say file a council complaint
Remind them at every possible opportunity that they suck, and blast Van Halen all hours of the day.
Just call the cops with a noise complaint. Simple.
That reminds me of a scene from a tv show my younger brother watches on Disney.... Ummm what's it called?
Call the cops for a noise complaint.

If it's so loud that you can hear from the next house, maybe you can call the police for a noise violation...? That's a thing, right?
Still better than justin beiber
