Today, after backpacking acrossing Europe for a month, I picked up my dog from the doghouse. No one will listen to me or acknowledge the fact that he's now missing two toes. FML

Today, I got home only to discover my dog was missing. After spending ages roaming the freezing streets calling his name, I returned to find him stuck behind the couch with my chewed-up new shoes in his muzzle. FML

Today, my boyfriend finally let me take his dog on a walk, after two years of not trusting me to keep her safe. During the walk, a car drove by, causing her to run after it and pulling the leash out of my hand. Five hours later, and I still can't find her. FML

Today, I went to pick up my dog from a friend's place since she agreed to watch him while I went out of state for Spring Break. I arrived at her apartment. She’s gone and the apartment was vacated. She won’t answer her phone or texts, and vanished from all social media. I’m still making payments on the dog. FML

I remember when my family and I put my dog in a kennel for a weekend. When we went to pick him up, he was dirty and wouldn't stop shaking. Later that night, he kept puking and had horrible diarrhea. I'm sorry that happened, OP; I would sue the kennel's ass

Don't want to state the bleeding obvious but OP says he was only gone a month. He doesn't make any suggestion that the dog is in pain or limping. The fact that he says nobody wants to believe him implies the dog doesn't appear to be in any pain. It also implies there is no visible fresh scarring from such an injury, again the fact nobody believes him says there are no scars. Losing 2 toes wouldn't heal in that time. I'm calling troll on this.
