Ok, I get being upset. But if a long distance relationship is going to work you have to trust that the other person will only not see you if there is genuine reason. If you don't have a strong enough relationship for that you probably shouldn't be in a long distance relationship at all - let alone an engagement! It sounds like the ring is an attempt to hide your insecurities. I speak from experience on that particular matter, and trust me it never ends well.

Well, if it was just a pile, it can be reorganized, right? And if he did change his mind three times, yeah, that would be irritating for him to change it again at the last minute. So I understand your frustration. People saying you had a temper tantrum have obviously never had to endure such frustration. You could have done a lot worse in which something got destroyed. If all you did was throw things in a pile, I'd say he got off easy.
