Today, after going through months of registration and orientation to transfer to a university, I was told that my application was denied because I didn't meet the minimum credit requirement. You couldn't tell me this before? FML

Isn't that the first thing they check? Your requirements? I hate it when when I have to deal with dumbass issues like this, I feel you.

Agreed. They should of told you so you had enough time to prepare for a different college. Sorry. YLS.

I just transferred schools and the amount of paper work lost; incorrect info given; and just plain BS that I had to go through was and is a pain in the ass. Since you registered for classes and probably already started paying for them I would recommend talking to an admissions person and saying that you already did the registration and orientation and you were accepted into the school there should be no reason for you not to attend even if you don't fit the credit limit. (It also might be for the grade you trying to transfer too, maybe you don't meet the requirements for a junior but meet requirements for a sophomore instead)

That’s just so typical of schools, ugh.
