Wow what a jerk! I'd be like "hey nice to meet you! Odd, we've been hanging out over a year and he never mentioned you..." Just to let her know she should ALSO murder him
Half a year, not over a year.
I worked with this guy I had a crush on for 4 years and I found out he had a gf only when he announced their wedding date...
Some people are just naturally flirty...
This was in that Alanis Morissette sang about this, in her song " isn't it ironic " at least you can now identify with a famous song.
I don't think that word means what you think it does.
its about the part of the song when she says "its meeting the man of your dreams and then meeting his beautiful wife"
Maybe he's the type to flirt A LOT when they are obviously in a relationship. 5 years is a while to be committed. Especially when you are young.
Shut up Meg
I might be guilty of breaking hearts as well. Silly girls always tell us that we should be able to read signals... flirting is not the same as coming onto you.
Well at least you're decent enough to immediately accept that he's not an option now you know he's taken. Too many people would carry on chasing him anyway. Be glad you're a decent person and move on - I'm sure you'll find someone :)

maybe you just read the "flirting" signs wrong?
He probably just thinks you're a good friend of his. You obviously took his over kindness for flirting. Or he's a jerk.
