Today, after math class, the resident creepy kid approached me and asked me out. I've only spoken to him twice before, so I was creeped out, and I politely declined. He totally lost it, and shouted that I'm a "friend-zoning bitch" before storming out of the room. FML

Sounds like he's been dumped before... A lot.

Well he doesn't seem to have any problems whatsoever...

Will you go out with me? I promise not to friend zone you

It's people like you I hate, OP. Calling him 'the resident creepy kid'. Ever stop to think he's a person too? I'm not saying you have to like him (as a friend or romantically), but give the kid a bit of decency, just call him 'this guy' or something.

The friend zone concept is bullshit anyway. The only people I've ever heard whinging about the "friend zone" are neckbeards and emotionally immature control freaks. Oh, and there are always the idiots who think a member of the opposite sex talking to them automatically signals a romantic interest. Sigh.

It's so easy to act like a douchebag on the internet, isn't it? I can tell you're still young because no-one I know is immature enough to think it's cool to boast on the internet. Not to mention you're obviously too young/inexperienced to have been led on, which DOES happen, to all kinds of people.

There are creepy kids everywhere. Hopefully he'll leave you alone now

Since 9gag, everybody has been friend-zoned...

It's guys like that who give us men who have genuinely been friend-zoned a bad name.
