Today, my girlfriend dumped me because I've recently become serious about getting fit, and have lost nearly 84 pounds. Apparently, when I was fat, I made her look smaller in comparison. When I got slimmer, she insisted I either gain the weight back or she'd leave. So she did. FML

Today, my girlfriend had a huge fight with me because while I'm trying to gain weight and she’s trying to lose some, I’ve still lost more weight than her. Not my fault my body’s natural preference is to drop pounds like they’re hot. FML

Today, and since we met, my girlfriend has forced me to change my hair, clothing and jewellery, and my diet. She has changed basically everything about me. Then this morning she dumped me because I'm "not the guy she fell in love with a year ago". I'm not even upset because its too funny. FML

Today, I proudly informed my boyfriend that I am now a size 4, down from an 18, after months of dieting and exercising after he told me he would like me to be a size 6. He broke up with me for "not listening to what he wanted" and "being an overachiever". FML

My boyfriend says I have a "normal" body, but if I either get fat or slender, he'd never leave me and I would never leave him. He got muscles and I support him when he's training to become a fireman.

The difference is that in one, the girl didn't really want to lose weight, but she was being pushed/forced by her boyfriend. Douche move on his part, she deserves someone better that respects her wishes and doesn't try to maker her do things. Whereas in this one, the girl was the one who wanted to lose the weight, not because anyone else was making her want to, but because she herself had wanted to. Meanwhile the boyfriend was supportive and with her and not being an asshole like the other one.
