Today, as every day for the past few weeks, my husband won't have sex. His reason? We've decided to have a baby, and he reckons that the longer he waits, the more competition there will be between his sperm and thus the better the result will be. FML

Actually, although his reasoning is a little off, your husband is correct. It is vest to abstain from sex for a few days to build up sperm. This is why you cannot donate sperm if you have recently had sex.

What a dumb-ass! Everyone knows that if the sperm just lounge around in the testicles, the befriend each other and become buds. By the time the get ejaculated out, they pull this "bros before hos" shit and don't even try to make a move on the ovum. Didn't either (ee) of you take basic Sex Ed?
