I did preface this with "if she wanted" and am a big proponent of natural of any size over the saline or silicone implants, as many here appear to be. Nerds may be happy with herself as she is on most days, or may simply be accepting, or downright upset about it; but what it comes down to is that it is her choice within her means. This is another option and since it was being skipped over, I just wanted to bring it up. Affording cosmetic surgery can be a challenge, although if it means enough to the recipient, they can typically find additional income or budget savings. Heck, she could try to gather the funding via something like Kickstarter and offer photos to the contributors. I'm not saying that she should, just that she could. If changing her body is an important goal to her, and physically possible, there are plenty of creative ways to make the money needed.
