Today, at work, a midget came in to buy beer. Not only was he almost as tall as me, he got offended when I had to card him and explain that the manager told me to card everyone, and that it wasn't because he was short. FML

My knee jerk reaction was to panic and curse aloud, before realizing he was balding, toothless, probably 50, certainly not a cop, and laughing at me for being such a gullible moron. FML

Why would you say, it's wasn't because he was short? Unless he indicated that he thought you where discriminating against him because of his height. If not it was very rude to mention it. It's like saying it's not because your black or white for example. There is no relevance. YDI
