Telling her she shouldn't wear fake fur as an animal-rights activist is like telling her she shouldn't eat veggie burgers as a vegan, just because they look the same. It makes perfect sense for an animal-rights activist to wear fake fur, as it is a way of advocating for others to wear fake fur instead of the real thing. I can see where it's a gray area, but it's obvious where she's coming from. Chill.
Agree with #133.
@ #19 - You don't seem to understand. By wearing even fake fur, you're endorsing the idea that that 'look' is ok. Which is something you don't agree with. As soon as fur is no longer 'in style', fake or not, you won't have to deal with the people that wear the real mccoy...
All you assholes blasting this person for being vegan and buying faux fur: you never ate a tofu dog? How about a veggie burger? Looks like meat so how can anyone tell the difference? OP- FYL, no one deserves to be assaulted for walking down the street. If PETA has the right to attack people that don't support their views and values does this give the KKK, terrorists, and other hate-mongers the right to do the same thing? obv no.
Nearly went against character and expressed sympathy. Then I read you were a vegan animal rights-supporter. Sorry love.
Okay first off PETA is bunch of politically incorrect extremists, and second just because someone is a vegan, vegetarian or animal rights activist doesn't mean that can't wear FAKE fur. They're not against the style, they're against the killing of an animal for it's pelt, fake fur doesn't support that industry.

Serves you right for wearing fake animals. Next time wear the real thing so you'll at least deserve getting pelted with fake animal blood. :-D PETA members are dicks.
whats with the red liquids lately? well, PETA is a bit extreme, but they shouldn't be going around bombarding people with red liquids!
