Get your sweet revenge by when he meets someone new make friends with her and say you know I wouldn't go out with someone so shallow. Like dude he was fat and you still loved him (nothing wrong with being fat btw people) and since he's lost weight he's screwed one of the few people in his life over who stuck with him and probably had people talk about you and him when you were in public all that time with no issue.
