Um... is there anyone on here who isn't a complete douchebag? I bet you losers all give your moms vacuum cleaners for birthday presents and don't understand why they "aren't grateful" since they "really did need it!" It doesn't matter whether she is or is not overweight or whether those things are or are not good things to have, its about having everyone you know think you'd rather have something you need for your birthday than something you'd actually like.
You are blessed to have family and friends who care about your well being. They want you to be healthy. Perhaps it's time to face the facts that you are obese and need to develop a healthier lifestyle. The gifts that they gave you are very nice gifts that most people struggle to pay for themselves.
