Today, for our 8 month anniversary, my boyfriend bought me a hideous necklace with ugly charms hanging off it. I wore it anyway and got a rash from it on the side of my neck. After seeing the rash my boyfriend accused me of having a hickey from another guy and broke up with me. FML

Today, my boyfriend bought me a silver necklace. I have a silver allergy, but I thanked him anyway and encouraged him to return it. I found out later that he knew about my allergy all along and bought it on purpose so he could return it, get a refund, and still look good. FML

Today, my boyfriend came over with a broken engraved bracelet that I paid 50 dollars for. I was so angry but when I stated "I am going to call them and get a new one!" my boyfriend said back to me "No it's okay, I didn't really like it anyways." It was for our 2 year anniversary. FML

What an idiot. He's cheap too. Most inexpensive jewelry is made with nickel, which some people (like you and me) are allergic too. He isn't worth it.

.........who celebrates an 8 month anniversary? O.o?? Also, if my bf gave me a necklace I had a reaction to I would tell him honestly, not wear it and thank him for it anyway. I would question my relationship if I felt the need to "tough it out". No respect in such a relationship.

I guess it's mostly younger teenage couples, because they usually don't make it over a year. Although...my boyfriend and I will be sharing our 4-year anniversary in April 2013. :) (We're 17).
