Today, I accidentally walked in on my girlfriend changing. She responded by screaming, throwing herself on the ground to avoid me seeing her, and crawling into the bathroom. We've been living together for two months. FML

OP doesn't have to play a psychologist and figure out her problems with her. She's a grown woman. Time to put on big girl's panties and deal her baggage/problems/issues (whatever you want to call it). OP needs to leave her to resolve her, obviously numerous, issues. He needs to find somebody who acts their age. If he wanted to date a 12 year old he'd do so.
