because needlessly killing an animal (fake fur is just as good, if not better) for your vanity is totally the same as killing one for food.

I have a fur coat. My sister in law got all kinds of upset, until I pointed out she was eating a burger and calling me a murderer. Then she shut up.

Cut it out people, OP didn't go out and kill an animal for its fur, she just BOUGHT the coat. The animal would still be dead, but now it hasn't died in vain. It's cruel to kill animals for their fur, it's true, but will people please stop throwing a bitchfit every time they see someone wearing a fur coat? PETA throwing blood on people doesn't make a point, it just makes them look like fanatic assholes. Protect the animals, but for God's stop being such little bitches about it. Jesus. Wearing fur isn't being a murderer. Even killing animals isn't being a murderer. Murder=Homocide. Homocide- ****=Human , Cide=Kill. You can't commit murder unless you kill a person. Are lions evil because they kill gazelles? Humans ate meat to SURVIVE. Would you prefer the human race go hungry so you PETA nuts can save a bunch of animals.

for all of you idiots who think its OK for humans to kill the animals for wtv reason....you are disgusting FIRST OFF!..those of you who think its ok to kill them because "animals kill other animals" i have news for you.... ANIMALS! dont kill other animals to parade around in their fur coats to look "fashionable" ANIMALS! only kill other animals for SURVIVAL unlike some stupid humans who only kill animals for their fur and dump their bodies in a pile of carcasses and are left there to DIE! example;;...in china investigators were able to record a skinned raccoon on a heap of dead carcasses...who was able to actually LIFT! his head up and stare into the camera. in other words..they were just gunna leave the raccoon there until he died in so much pain and misery HOW AWFUL IS THAT?
