Today, I bought a used car from a friend of mine. After getting the car home and further inspecting it, I found one of my wife's earrings in the backseat. FML

Don't jump to conclusions. There may be a perfectly innocent reason it was there. Maybe she loaned the earrings to a friend? Maybe a group of you were in the car and she rode in the backseat?

You do realize there are many earing in the world? and many look the same, small silver little balls or hoops i cant possibly see how this concludes shes living a double life.

she was testing out the rear shocks, of course.... in all seriousness, I think that the conversation should start with, "honey, I found that earring you lost" and see how she responds to that... If she didn't mention that she lost one, ask her if she lost any/noticed that any were missing of course, the real fun begins when she tells you that your friend's wife borrowed them... the immediate thing to do there is call her, quite possibly followed by a call to your attorney...
