I fail to see this as in FML, but if it is to the OP ydi for not checking. Seriously, how do you buy an apartment without knowing anything about it?

I'd be happy. I love all kinds of music, including folk. :D

that's kind of your fault 4 not checking befor hand.

Hold tap dancing classes in your apartment.

1 - Celtic music rocks 2 - you TOTALLY deserve it for a) not noticing and b) hating celtic music

OP probably doesn't hate Celtic music specifically. He/She (why does it never say, anymore?) probably just hates that they have to listen to it ALL THE TIME.

irish is better than whatever you are, op

OP lives in Cork. Maybe we can't assume he's Irish but it's probably safe to assume he doesn't have a problem with Irish people/things.

sparklies, Irish is not a place, it's a word describing things from the place, Ireland. On an irrelevant note, I like your name :)

perdix: They're made of fiberglass nowadays, but started with wood. They're more like tap shoes than Dutch clogs. But the joke still stands. Everybody else: 'Clogging' is a generic term incorporating many styles of dance. Certain types of African American, Native American, and Appalachian dances incorporate clogging, as well as lots of traditional European dances. What's known as Modern Clogging is quite American. But the Dutch are indeed the ones with the stereotypical wooden clog shoes. (Yes, I wiki'ed it. No, I have no life.)
