I fail to see this as in FML, but if it is to the OP ydi for not checking. Seriously, how do you buy an apartment without knowing anything about it?
that's kind of your fault 4 not checking befor hand.
YDI for not believing in leprechauns.
Hold tap dancing classes in your apartment.
1 - Celtic music rocks 2 - you TOTALLY deserve it for a) not noticing and b) hating celtic music
OP lives in Cork. Maybe we can't assume he's Irish but it's probably safe to assume he doesn't have a problem with Irish people/things.
perdix: They're made of fiberglass nowadays, but started with wood. They're more like tap shoes than Dutch clogs. But the joke still stands. Everybody else: 'Clogging' is a generic term incorporating many styles of dance. Certain types of African American, Native American, and Appalachian dances incorporate clogging, as well as lots of traditional European dances. What's known as Modern Clogging is quite American. But the Dutch are indeed the ones with the stereotypical wooden clog shoes. (Yes, I wiki'ed it. No, I have no life.)

I wish I could buy an apartment over an Irish folk music store...
