Today, I brought home my 3D glasses after a movie. I had a laugh about it until I realized that I put my $100 sunglasses in the recycle box outside of the theatre instead. FML

Looks like you *reaches for sunglasses*...Aww

You must have gotten ripped off if you confused your sunglasses and the 3D glasses

I don't see why you don't take your 3D glasses home anyway, it saves you from having to pay for more (I don't know how it is in Canada, but here in the UK they make you pay about a quid for them).

In Australia, they're about $3.00. You're right, it's a good idea to keep them.

In the US, at the very least, they don't charge you separately for the glasses. The tickets for the films are just much more expensive.

It's the same here, tickets are more expensive, but they still charge you for the glasses as well.

Polarized lenses and UV rays. I suggest you do some research on both.

ooch..that hurts...when u figured it out.. sorry OP.. I hope you have a 3d TV at home to make use of the glasses

What the ****? I hope this was a bad attempt at humor or and not blatant stupidity...

You should go back to the theater and explain yourself, OP! I'm sure you can get your shades back.

"Durr durr ydi hundred dollar hurr" -The FML Commentors. One word: PRE. SCRIP. TION. Or maybe they were expensive sunglasses because they work well, and block non-visible wavelengths of light that can be harmful to your eyes. But news flash, guys: people aren't evil for having disposable income.

Well sure, but if you're going to spend that much on sunglasses you really need to be more careful with them.

They go through all those glasses to repackage them for other movies. Hopefully if you talk to the theater you can get them back.
