Today, I pulled a prank on my friend by making a fake Tinder profile just to catfish him. All our friends came to make fun of him, only to realise that he'd stood me up. Turns out, never showing for first dates is his way of playing hard to get. Now everyone is laughing at me. FML

Today, I was to have an important phone interview for a job. I got a call and everything went perfectly, and they said I was hired. Later, I found out that one of my "friends" had gotten one of his buddies to prank call me and make sure the line was engaged when the real interviewer called. FML

Today, the phone rang so I went to answer it. No one was there. A minute later the phone rang again and no one answered so I assumed it was a telemarketer or a prank so I started swearing uncontrollably in rage. Turns out it was my crush calling to ask me out, but she was too nervous to ask. FML

Every1 that said that the guy is not an asshole or a jerk just because he did nothing wrong by thinkg shes ugly, f*** you. He has a right to his own opinion but he shouldnt have expressed it that way.. that was very mean. How would you feel if someone did that to you? Thats terrible but you can't really get angry at him if he really thought it was his friend. He might have been polite otherwise. Anyways theres plenty more fish :) always better ones to catch

While I agree that the guy may have honestly thought it was his friend, it was kind of risky just assuming it was a prank. He could have just said, "Nice try, Chris." But I bet that will teach him never to assume it's just an impersonation again.
