discipline her u moron. ydi for not having a backbone u idiot...
bondage is discouraged on young children. YOU SICK MAN!!!!!
Just leave them on there. If you won't keep markers out of reach of children then she'll just do it again. YDI completely
Perhaps the babysitter or someone gave the child the coloring utensils and it's not that the OP left markers where she could get at them. Did you consider that?
Just electrify the wall. She won't be drawing on it again anytime soon
aw, how cute!
Sorry but YDI. Maybe you didn't make the consequences clear to your daughter or maybe she doesn't care. Either way, you probably should've guarded against this by getting kidproof paint or whatever it's called. It's a lot easier to clean up the inevitable messes of childhood. Personally, if it was just in her room, I would leave it up. You can always repaint it when you move. You could also get chalkboard (or maybe whiteboard) paint for one section so she has a place to draw on the walls.
We actually invested in chalkboard paint for our 2 yr. old daughters play room. She loves it, and I find it's a fun way to teach letters and such.
YDI, you shouldn't leave your kids home alone
Who says the child was alone? She could have been with her mother, a babysitter, or a much older sibling.
again: shouldn't leave a five year old child alone.
hint the phrase I came home...
Again how does that mean the OP deserves it? The "Hint : I came home" means nothing because once again the child could have been with MOM, or a Babysitter, or a much older sibling. If the person who was supposed to be watching the OPs child screwed up, how does that mean the OP deserves it? That is what i am asking.
she never even said there was a babysitter or someone watching her because obviously if someone was that wouldn't of happened
so because someone doesn't use the limited character space to mention every single detail of the situation that means there is no way that anyone was there? and "it wouldn't have happened if there was someone there", obviously it could have if he/she wasn't watching the kid. it could be a "wow my babysitting sucks i need to find a new one now" fml for all you know.
"i don't want to sound queer or nothin but unicorns rock." name that movie :)
what did you expect, him/her to act like an angel?
It said daughter, so him.

Who was supposed to be watching her? It's their fault.
At least your walls are pretty now?
