Forgive her? Sure. Continue to date her? Hell no. Run away and don't look back, OP
Give her the suicide hotline and tell her to go **** herself.
I don't think she'd actually go through with it, but I wouldn't put it past her to make an "attempt" and then tell everyone it was your fault for not getting her help. In most states you can call the police and they'll have the person put in lockup for around 72 hours. I would suggest doing that so that 1) no one can accuse you of doing nothing and 2) she'll know better than to use the suicide card in the future.
That's not a stable relationship
Return to her and f**k her then leave this bitc**
Not your problem.
This is actually a recognized form of mental abuse. Whatever action she takes, no matter how drastic, it's not on you, OP, it's solely on her. Don't stick around in that abusive situation. Get out, don't look back.
What he/she said ^^^. Get out of the relationship now. Inform her family of what she said so they can keep an eye on her. Don't encourage her to do it though directly or indirectly.
let her die

I will never understand how people can take suicide so lightly. She sounds like an awful person all around. You're better off OP.
Don't forgive her.
