it's not addictive. many people use it for a quality of life issue. after all every one must admit it is less harmful to your own body than alcohol and nicotine. weed needs to be decriminalized nation wide!!!!!!

weed is a miracle herb. not only is it used by people throughout the world for spiritual, medicinal and recreational purposes SINCE HUMANITY BEGAN. marijuana has never killed anybody like heroin, alcohol, cocaine, meth, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, or tobacco/nicotine. yes there is a certain stamina ascribed to "potheads" that they smell bad, are stupid and lazy, and just want to lie around the house getting high, but if you can't appreciate that the stereotype is wrong then, well, enjoy going through the rest of your life misjudging people and probably having no friends if not becoming friends with the wrong people. a lot of "potheads" are kind, hard-working, even brilliant people. artists, writers, lawyers, doctors, teachers, masons, entrepreneurs, etc. maybe your mom has a problem in her life that causes her to feel pain or stress, perhaps leading her to feel a need to get stoned more often than usual. i'd guess she's probably stressed out about having such a closed-minded offspring living in her house with her. or, does she have arthritis? or suffering any other kind of pain? a lot of older people - even ones who didn't smoke when they were younger - will use it because it is a painkiller (good enough to help even cancer patients), or because it relieves nausea. it also calms the nerves, and anorexics are often encouraged to use it so they "get the munchies" and eat. get a grip on reality buddy if you ever want to have a decent relationship with your mother, or anyone else important to you.

There are no addictive qualities about pot, you idiots. It's a choice to do it or not. Unless you know what you're talking about, you probably want to keep it off the Internet.
