This is a result of women constantly deciding to hide behind a wall off makeup.

If you look ill without makeup, it just means you wear it too often. Your face pigment is not receiving enough sunlight and so therefore it is a lighter color

Shoulda gone in natural from day one. Or at most wear very little, it's very painful to see a pretty face ruined by excess makeup.

Thirteen? At least a lot of people obviously care about your well-being! If you have dark circles under your eyes that you usually conceal, you probably will look "ill" to people who don't ever see them. Still, if everyone gets used to it, no biggy. Personally, I once went to a class without makeup, and my teacher joked to another student that my mother beats me on a daily basis. Awkward moments can ensue with these things.
