toothpaste takes it off too. I've done the same thing. but not when I went blue... when I went orange
lol when you dye your hair, put vaseline on your skin before you dye it:) and when you rinse the dye out, do it upside down in a sink or over the tub so it doesnt run down your skin and stay there:)
I'm blue da ba dee da ba 'dye'... Couldn't help myself (with the song and the pun) :P
This is why cosmetologist don't want there clients using box color. 1. It's permanent 2. It doesn't tone 3. It's not going to come out the color you want if you already have a darker color on your hair then the box. 4. Color doesn't lift color! :)
I've dyed my hair blue many a time, and getting the dye around your head and on your hands is inevitable. For me I could get it off with a cloth and warm water, providing I scrubbed very very hard.
You could use rubbing alcohol or peroxide to remove it. I regularly dye my hair black and sometimes get it on my face and shoulders and using peroxide works nicely. :)
I did that with Rockabilly Manic Panic. Never again!
