I understand op being absolutely certain no one would call or text his phone, regardless of any emergency, any sudden joy someone else would want to share, or even an automated sales call. After all, why would anyone want to call him, since A) he is either so inconsiderate of others as to leave his phone on in the theater or B) so all-knowing that phoning him is useless effort on the part of anyone else and that such knowledge is used even by the programmers of automated sales dialers?
