I feel asleep while at the dentist on the chair waiting for him to see me. I looked at my phone and thought it was for 15 minutes...then I looked again and realized it was an hour and 15 minutes...and they still hadn't gotten to me yet, and I didn't even get a tip... To clarify, They were having equipment issues because ConEd was working on the building, so they were having power outages and had to wait for partial restoration of their electricity to get the tools working, so they were backed up.
