Uninvite him and he'll learn his lesson while he sits at home.
Lets be completely honest... Who doesn't have their #guiltypleasures... But really... How does OP deserve this?? It's not her fault that her husband couldn't wait! At least it wasn't on the wedding day OP...
A wedding cake is not something to joke about seeing how important it is to girls. How did OP deserve this?
He better be sleeping on the couch with no couch cushions, no pillows, and no blankets. At that point, on the basement floor with no pillows or blanket. And if your daughter still let's him walk her down the aisle if you can fix the cake, he better feel lucky, the asshat.
That is hilarious... But I'd lose it on him if I was you. #mensuck :)
As the daughter of someone who is a professional cake baker and decorator who has watched her mum cry over designs of wedding cakes for her clients, scream when the tiniest detail on a cake goes wrong, worrying over run outs and hand made flowers breaking, royal icing cracking or not setting, sugar paste models falling apart, tiers collapsing, colours running and all the other cake related mishaps that could happen, the husband made a real dick move. So much time, sweat and tears go into a design of a wedding cake even if the design is simple. A wedding cake has to be PERFECT. It is someone's big day and you want it to be perfect for that person. I feel so sorry for OP that her hard work that took TIME and EFFORT got ruined by her husband. And only hope that the daughter had/has a good despite OPs husband being a grade a knobby. (I read this fml to my mum and the look on her face can only be described as disgust and shock at the husbands actions)
Divorce him.
I'd take a slice out of my husband if he did that - wow. He sounds like a world class jerk.

your husband is an asshole, he owes your daughter a new wedding cake
Since he already ruined it, you should smear the whole thing on his face and say "Sorry, guilty pleasure! "
