Today, I finally weighed myself after going on a strict diet of only fruits, vegetables, and coffee. I gained weight. FML

not surprising, that stuff is all carbs aka sugar.

All of that natural sugar.. You may as well have been eating lollies.

What's with all the coffee hate? Coffee increases your metabolism and boosts weight loss. Also works as a pick me up pre-gym for me. Obviously like everything, drink it in moderation.

you need protein eat some fish or chicken beef is OK but not as good

It's not just about what u eat its about how much u work out too my doctor told us that if u eat less or not at all u can still gain weight it's about how much u work out and eat

Fruits have sugar in them which is why it's not always good to eat a lot of fruit and you also need to exercise

It might not be fat that you are gaining because without the coffee that is an amazing died just replace the coffee with water

hey, your body starts gathering up all fat during the first few months of a diet, especially when its a strict one, keep at it, and you'll loose a shit ton. dont loose hope with all the assholes on here
