Cuz your not eating right and your body went into starvation mode storing all the extra energy it could that you weren't using if you weren't excersizing. The key to loosing weight is burning more calories than you eat. Therefore. What most people do not understand is you mist excersize. Not just change your eatin habits

Ok seriously?? Fruits are full of natural sugars. Too much fruit isn't that healthy. And coffee isn't healthy at all. You obviously don't know how to diet properly. You will gain weight if you don't eat enough because your body will bloat and try to survive on whats left. Find a new diet...

That's because your body needs fat. If it doesn't get it, it starts making and storing its own fat because it doesn't know when you're going to give it fat. That's why vegetarians have to replace meat with protein.
